Management & Entrepreneurship and Professional Skills Council (MEPSC)

The Management & Entrepreneurship and Professional Skills Council (MEPSC) is a sector skill council at the national level with the NSDC that aims at developing soft skills, administrative skill sets, and entrepreneurial skill sets in various industries. MEPSC aims to develop a future-ready workforce with effective communication, management, and office support skills.

It formulates National Occupational Standards (NOS) and training courses for numerous positions, like office assistants, receptionists, field executives, HR persons, typists, trainers, and entrepreneurship wannabes. The courses focus on professional behavior, business communication, basic English, documentation, and customer care.

Through the development of employability, productivity, and entrepreneurial mindset, MEPSC contributes to India's overall mission of producing a dynamic and flexible workforce that can perform in both corporate and entrepreneurship settings.
