BFSI Sector Skill Council of India (BFSI SSC)

BFSI Sector Skill Council of India (BFSI SSC) is a national organization under the NSDC, which is concerned with developing skills in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. Being one of the most important and rapidly changing segments of the economy, BFSI requires both technically skilled and customer-centric human resources.

BFSI SSC partners with industry pioneers, financial institutions, and academia to develop competency-based training programs focusing on sector requirements. These programs seek to infuse people with real-world knowledge, tech skills, and regulatory acumen necessary for specific jobs such as banking assistants, insurance executives, and account professionals.

Through the filling of the skill gap and the promotion of certified talent, the council keeps India's BFSI system streamlined, inclusive, and future-proof.
